Hi All,
I know generally most apps that run on the native o2 / openpeak os are flash based
however seeing the Squeezeplay app running got me thinking is it possible to take any Linux app and run it from the Native OS been linux based and all.
ideally i would like to get xbmc running - is this possible?
thanks
Andrew

No, I don't think so - I've asked before (someone will say if I'm wrong). If it were possible I'd be very happy. You need a different os. I use iLLiac4's xbmc os - simple, really fast and reliable and it connects to squeezeplay. But BuZz's distros have bells and whistles.

Re: Running XBMC on Stock OS
Thanks mate
I do actually run iLLiac4s XBMC distro (modified it a little for A2DP audio etc) and played with Buzz's distros many times excellent work all round
however im a big fan of the native flash OS and find it second to none for stabilty and speed plus i run other Flash apps i.e xapflash for my Home Automation system
prehaps im looking at this the wrong way and should concentrate on intergrating my other apps into Buzz or iLLiac4s distros as a solution
ideally i would like to be able to switch between my apps with ease i.e xbmc, squeezeplay, xapflash without having to close and exit and reload etc etc
