Been going through alot stuff lately personally,(Grandad had major cancer surgery, and pulled through fine!

) so I have not had the time I would like to dedicate to windows on the joggler. Just to let you guys know I am going to be starting up again, got some fresh ideas I think you will like,
So expect to see a couple/few of new Foshizimages (say that as on word, it sounds awesome lol) released for you bunch of tinkerers to try, first thing to do is fix Foshiz mini for Pete so the aquarium looks nice! lol
cheers,
Dan

I had noticed you were quiet. Sorry to hear your grandad was so unwell, wish him a speedy recovery.

Ok, so I started last night, foshiz mini v2 is coming along, and with the audio fix from the hipda forum, should be almost error free apart from the NIC issue, the only issues you may find once I finish tinkering is the touch screen not working, This is thanks to the fact I build my images on an Openpeak joggler, previous builds someone(usually Mevi or Pete,

) has kindly run them on their o2 joggler to fix the issue and reuploaded for me, looking into maybe adding the old startup script back into the images to hopefully resolve the issue, as on my earlier builds the script being present used to fix this(iirc). Also looking into various launchers and explorer replacements, aswell as trying to make Foshiz mini "protected mode" using either ewf or another partition protection method, ewf seems to be the likeliest to succeed. Not saying when the image will be available, but coming soon should do it! lol.
Also I was away from the forum quite a bit lately, I am back now, and will probably be back to the old ways

Dan,
I'm not too good at hanging around hospitals; but have come to realize over the years that blood is thicker than water, the most comforting for the person in the hospital is just the fact / attention that a family member be there; sometimes way more than the visiting staff (workers) of the hospital; best medicine sometimes.
What is the easiest way to make an NTFS partition active in vivo while in XP?
I mean whatever tools I've used; whenever I do this in XP it wants to move the active boot partition from the currently in use partition to the newly created parition; then requests a reboot. So I always take it to Linux / GParted; then make the partition an active boot parition.

Inside windws I always use partition guru, really easy

The new foshizmini v2 should weigh in at about 380mb compressed, but will unzip to 1gb, so the download is a little larger, but more stuff should work. also going to try update foshiz mini v1, graphics seem alot crisper and the aquarium should be fine!

last polishing then I will upload.
