Possible to get Native OS to run on USB?

Post by verg0 »

Hi, i would like to know if it is possable to get the native os to run from USB?

Woiuld i be right in saying it would require the boot files from 'Ubuntu for joggler (ext4)' combine mmcblk0p2, mmcblk0p3 + mmcblk0p4 (or just mmcblk0p2 + 4) partitions to one ext4 partition and then edit fs tab?

or would this not work?

any advice would be appreciated...

Hello verg0,

Did you ever manage to do this?
I have 2 Jogglers that appear to have defective 1GB memory chips and so it would be nice to know if the original OS (Tango) is still an option for them.
