Android on Joggler

Hi, I'm new to all this so please excuse my ignorance. My son recently gave me a joggler and I've been looking how to install Android onto the internal memory. I found the reflash tool but I have no idea how I create the os in .img.gz format and how do i get the .img.gz.md5 file. If anyone can help with simple instruction or send the files I would be very grateful. Thank you in anticipation.

Why not try writing Android to a USB stick first which will be easier , then if you like the results progress to internal , have a look here
