Will install the GUI's. Thanks Dan.

I just remotely was able to VNC and disable both EWF; shut them down. Will restart them both and install the EWF GUI's.

definately sounds like ram, try the limiter on the gui, set it to 128mb and see what happens, that will let the ewf fill 128mb ram, then commit and disable, then re enable the ewf without any cmd involved lol

Not an issue. Will do. Just have to do my bird cleaning this morning. Involves actually moving her cage to the garage (with heat on) and doing a take apart of sorts; giving her a bath; etc. Major thing - couple of hours or so. I have to take apart her cage some as its too big to fit thru the door. Its my zookeeping mode; weekly thing.

Yeah I don't think it matters what image is running for this to work or not work; so will continue to use Mevi's last image.

Thanks Dan.

Yeah should not matter at all, and good luck, with both the cage cleaning and ewf lol

Where do I set it to 128 Mb? In the Detected cahce size?

The second picture is what I did. Then rebooted it.

BTW the TClock application works well; no need anymore for me to sync time manually. I am syncing my time to an internal NTP server and it auto syncs the time after a minute or so on the network.

Yes, did that. First and second pictures are out of order above. Rebooted and here's another view.

Enabled the networked HSTouch application. Doing much more now (more networked stuff) relating to the transport.

All the variables you see on the screen is some chatter between the Joggler and the mothership being updated dynamically.

Heating up the garage. (also have my cleaning folks coming in shortly). Turned on second Joggler with same configuration as first.

I also enabled the aquarium screensaver in front of application to make the Joggler work even a bit harder on both of the Jogglers.

Found out that if I leave the aquarium screen saver up with the networked application running behind it; it keeps connecting and disconnecting from the network. If I shut off the screensaver then the networked application runs fine. As far as I know its just a resource thing and not that the screensaver itself talks to the network.

Switched off the touchscreen application and just enabled the screensaver. Watching the network connection to see if it drops just running the screen saver.

This whole thing though would cause issues with say an application running streaming audio or video from the NAS and or Internet.

Just finished configuring second joggler with EWF. This one will run the network application with a 128Mb setup without the screen saver running.

BTW - monitoring the two of them via the network to see what happens.

A couple of hours to clean the cage; concurrently I have my cleaning folks doing some of it right now ("brazilian women").

No power saving enabled Dan; screensaver is on manual with a 99999 timing to enable or a manual enable with nircmd.

The 2nd joggler running just the application is dropping its network connection a bit here and there; still watching.

No issues with earlier 2 other builds online right now running (one Gb and the other Mb connections) with no ewf installed and just pagefile configured.

Strange, will look into it for you pete, should not be interfering with networking, as it should only be caching disk writes, unless the application is constantly writing to disk?

Not working. Still getting intermittent disconnects with both Jogglers. One running the application and the other now not running anything and just sitting on the network.

One Joggler is running application and it does constantly write/read from the Disk. The other Joggler is just sitting not running any application and I shut off the screen saver to see if that was causing the disconnect reconnect issue. It didn't change anything; still getting the disconnect and reconnect thing going.

Joggler 4 is just sitting on the network not running anything and Joggler-3 is running the application and nothing else right now (no screen saver, no TTS, etc).

Not sure why EWF would have anything to do with the networking pieces. Doesn't make sense to me.

Shut down application and screensaver on both of the Jogglers. I am still getting random disconnects. Only thing running is TClock getting NTP syncs.
