A Troublesome Joggler

Post by dfordox »

Hello,

I have two Jogglers (both display the O2 logo on boot up), one of which is being troublesome about booting from a Flash drive. The first one boots fine from the images at http://joggler.exotica.org.uk/ubuntu/ and from the Reflashing image, the second one gets as far as the grub screen, begins to boot, but hangs at the Initrd stage:

video line length: 3200
[Initrd, addr=0x17723000, size=0x6c8823]

are the last lines displayed.

Does anyone have any ideas what's up and how to fix it.

I've tried 4 different flash drives all of which work in the other Joggler!

Thanks

David

I've noted that my joggler with the fried internal flash does not boot Linux builds. Do they both boot the factory OS?
