Android on Joggler - missing marketplace apps

Hi,

Thanks to all that have developed Android for this device - finally its useful.
I have followed all the instructions and have a joggler which boots Android (1.23).
I applied the marketplace fix as detailed , but dont know if its working as intended.

I can open the marketplace and browse and download apps but only a few are showing.
None of the "popular" apps seem to be there e.g dropbox, evernote, etc etc.
Is this normal?
Other apps do work and install e.g IM+

My google marketplace account (set up for this - I dont have an android phone) doesnt show any device associated with it.

I am guessing something is wrong as others seem to have these popular apps working.

Any ideas?

Try applying the "market fix" again, sometimes it takes a few goes. Also have a look at the system clock settings, that can prevent market updates. Under Settings go to Date & Time & untick the "auto sync" option. Then go to the app drawer & look for the Clock Sync app (can't remember exactly what it's called) & set it to sync automatically. Reboot. Leave the Joggler for a couple of minutes then try downloading from the Market.

Thanks I will try running the fix again.

I've now logged into the marketplace website - can see my device there and apps I've installed so far.
However when I locate common apps using the website (e.g dropbox which others seem to have got running) I get the message the the application is incompatible with my device.

Can anyone confirm that they have got evernote or dropbox working (and if so if they did anything special)

dropbox works fine with my 1.2.3 installation. Try downloading the apk file & installing it directly.
