Need help on putty or winscp connection

Currently I can telnet onto the joggler.
But when I tried to login through winscp or putty, will get an error message which told me that the connection was refused.
I'd be appreciated if anyone can tell me how to fix that problem.

Sounds like it's the original OS. Check the tools link in my sig - see if the SSH enabler will work for you.

I can't access your website as there is a GFW(great fire wall) in China which blocked it and many other websites ,is it possible to have another link in other mirror ? Thanks a lot
