touchscreen not responding

Hi,

one of my jogglers seems to be having an issue with the bottom third of the touchscreen, it does not repond to any presses whilst the rest of the screen works fine.
I was using jolios at the time if it make any difference.

Tried booting from native os, jolios and Ubuntu all most recent versions.

also tried re-flashing tool.

HELP!

if it happens in the native os too, then i'm afraid it sounds like a hardware issue.
