How do I get my joggler to work.

I have just purchased a Joggler which has all of the O2 original icons on it. I can access the games and the Traffic news but not the Calendar and various other applications. I have now read fairly extensively about the the fact that O2 no longer support this item. I have seen various references to PNP II but have no idea how I would download that or how/if it works with the O2 applications already on my Joggler. As you will have gathered I am really IT illiterate and was wondering whether there is anyone/place that I can take the Joggler to so that I can actually use it. It is really the calendar that I am need of as my daughter is disabled and has lots of hospital appointments that I have to keep ahead of including school care. I bought the Joggler simply to replace my paper calendar in the kitchen, though I do like the traffic application. Thank you in advance for any advice.

The o2 calendar isn't supported/doesn't work. Google calendar on a reflashed Joggler is though. I didn't think the traffic app worked either. Are you sure it is up to date?

Read the opening post in the PnP III thread - its not too tricky once you get your head around it. We were new to it once so have a read and ask (even if it seems like an obvious question) and folk here will answer.
