Joggler stuck in boot up

Post by wolverine2031 »

Dear Friends,

I have a Joggler that when turned up it starts to boot and then the O2 screen appears for a few seconds then goes off, then about 40seconds later it appears then goes off again.

It seems to be stuck in boot up and the only thing that happens is it repeats O2 screen around twice a minute :(

I have tried creating squeezeplay as a image on a USB stick. I then insert the USB stick while the unit is off and then switch the unit back on.
The joggler seems to read the usb swicth but I get no change in the O2 screen blinking.

Can any one help me, or can anyone let me post the joggler to them for reflashing or repair before I lose patience and bin it :(

I don't really want to bin it since I was using it for internet radio, photo frame and memo/calendar.

Any help greatly aprreciated.

Kind regards

Have a look for roobarb's reflashing thread and the PnP III thread.
"EVERY DAY I'M JOGGLERING!"
Jogglering since Dec '09;
Tinkering with Jogglers since Feb '10 thanks to PMJ, Jogtools, PnP & sqpOS;
Gave something back Feb '12 to Apr '14 with PnP Mk II & PnP III;
Finally 'completed' PnP III Apr '15!

You'll need this reflasher, this firmware and a USB memory stick.

Also, refer to this thread.
