I'm going to keep it simple and admit it...

i have two o2 jogglers ................

still boxed...

And I'd like to be able to use them....

I'm not 'techie' but I'm not silly either

So Im sure with some help (from you) I could get them up and working...

I'd really like to be able to use them...

Hi Tilly , welcome to the Forum

To simply update the existing Joggler software take a look at this thread

Basically all you have to do is download a file , write it to a memory stick , stick it in your Joggler , switch it on then wait ( ages ) , come back after a cuppa and you should be good to go , read through the thread carefully and shout out if you need a helping hand ,
there are plenty of people here that will do that .

There are lots of other operating systems that the Joggler will happily run as well if that is what you want .
