Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I want a menu option that is a simple webpage. How can I install a menu option to install the url link?

Do you mean you want a shortcut to a certain webpage put on the desktop. Are you using the Joggler OS (with PnP III)?

Haven't time to go into detail at the moment, but assuming your Joggler is running PnP on the Joggler OS (i.e. with Opera browser installed) then have a look at these files to suss out how I do it when I want to add one of my own.
