Is there any OS available that either doesnt require mounting or is provided ready "mounted"?
I've recently bought a joggler, but as my only computer access is at a library, I cant install a mounting software, therefore I'm unable to mount the image to USB.
OS that doesnt require mounting.
Re: OS that doesnt require mounting.
Most of them need the drive to be partitioned a particular way. Windiskimager doesn't need to be installed for it to work as it's a standalone executable, though I doubt even that will get you past the locked down library terminals.
I seem to remember that Android comes as zip files that you unpack to the formatted stick.... someone correct me if I'm wrong.
There is always PNPIII which pimps up the factory OS.. comes with a web browser too.
