I've given it a go, it doesn't seem to boot for me. It's only 114mb in size so I don't think it's really windows anyway, maybe some kind of theme pack?

shame.. to be honest i think linux, or android, is better for the joggler anywayz

I think it is fake because there is no boot partition...
