I have no doubt that this issue has been raised before but the threads I have looked at contain solutions using lots of computer whizz language that I have absolutely zero understanding of...so here is my problem; my Joggler has been sat in its box for about six months as I lost patience with it, I turned it on and it would just freeze on the black O2 screen. I was tidying my room today and decided to get the Joggler back out to try it again, but the issue is still there. It's just frozen, as I type. The warranty runs out literally tomorrow and I don't want that feeling like I've wasted the money I paid for it!
I'd really appreciate some step-by-step guidance on how to solve this issue, if there is a solution at all. O2 themselves seem very uninterested in helping! Thanks
