I tried to update my Joggler to PnP Mk III and the instructions say to
4) Type in:
cd /mnt/files <press Enter>
./pnp3op.sh <press Enter>
but I couldn't find a directory name under mnt call files. All I could find was
mnt\PnP3_v3.027\files and in files I found pnp3op.sh. I ran pnp3op.sh and there were loads of errors and now the joggler won't reboot and I can't telnet into it. Does that mean I have a useless joggler or can I recover it somehow?
The files and directories from the PnP III should be extracted straight to the root of the USB stick. You shouldn't have made a folder PnP3_v3.027!
"EVERY DAY I'M JOGGLERING!" Jogglering since Dec '09;
Tinkering with Jogglers since Feb '10 thanks to PMJ, Jogtools, PnP & sqpOS;
Gave something back Feb '12 to Apr '14 with PnP Mk II & PnP III;
Finally 'completed' PnP III Apr '15!
"You shouldn't have made a folder PnP3_v3.027!" damn that's where I went wrong. can't use the above solution because I can't telnet into the joggler. Or I'm misunderstanding what I meant to be doing?
I have rebuilt my Joggler from http://birdslikewires.co.uk but now when I telnet in it's asking for a Password word, anybody know what's the next step.
