Re: Joggler wont boot from internal MMC Drive
As promised, here now my experience concerning 'g0emf's' findings. I have to admit, that I cannot stop smiling right now, :D as it worked perfectly and brought my problem joggler back to life. I used 'Mint' and installed gpart on it. After deleting all partitions and recreating only one partition, I...

Re: Joggler wont boot from internal MMC Drive
Hi Dave, Thanks for your info. Have the same problem with one of my jogglers with openpeak boot logo. Could get it to work only one time by using the released OS in April. But when I tried to install PnPIII it failed and a new reboot brought it back to the old problem. Since, I am unable to pass the...

Re: Reflashing Tool for the O2 Joggler
Weird! Are you reflashing with a local copy of the old O2 image or is your reflash tool attempting to download it each time? I've only ever reflashed with a local image. Yes, with a local image. Have three joggler, which I bought as a bulk defective on ebay. All the usual faults as we know here on ...

Re: Reflashing Tool for the O2 Joggler
Did you delete the "remove_for_new_install" file that's created when you use PnP III? This should be deleted before running again on another Joggler. It might explain why it worked on one Joggler but not another. Yes, I deleted this file before using it for a new reflash. The question is:...

Re: Reflashing Tool for the O2 Joggler
@roobarb! The new flashing tool won't work on my joggler with the openpeak efi btw, the older version works tho?... any ideas? That must have been the problem with my joggler , no matter what i tried the best i could get was the ability to boot off a USB stick ; tried several times but still i was ...

I am fine with the applet as it is, only had to add the patch for 'auto enable' the wifi connection. Happy now:)

Re: Network configuration applet for squeezeplay
Couldn't get it to work, but this is related to my incompetence in Linux. However it is working now, after I found your topic ' Squeezeplay image for internal mmc ' http://www.jogglerwiki.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=605 . Wrote it on my USB stick and loaded from there. Your wireless app...

Re: Network configuration applet for squeezeplay
Many thanks for your advise. Update was running smoothly and command to install the wicd-daemon worked as well. I have roobarb's squeezeplay OS running from a USB stick. I think it installed a lower version than 1.7.2.2 of wicd. Also I don't know how to get root access to change the interface file w...

Re: Network configuration applet for squeezeplay
Cool applet :) As a newbie, it obiously does not work right away. :( I installed the roobarb patch, which worked. I moved the SetupNetworking folder into the described location. But now I am not sure where to put the other files and folder ( wicdbridge etc). While running the command: sudo apt-get i...
