Re: Boxed Joggler for sale - never properly used
Hi. Is this Joggler still available? I am after one to use for a project of mounting it onto a vintage radio and use the radio speakers for the sound output. I'd put two for sale on here http://www.jogglerwiki.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2481&p=27133#p27133 but as I've had no interest you...

Two Joggers for sale
Having an IT cupboard clear out and have decided the Joggers have reluctantly got to go.
One juggler was fine but won't boot today so I think it needs a refresh.
The other only boots from a USB. Currently running Squeeze play OS.
Anyone want to make me an offer?

Re: How to install a Spotify client on SqPOS
Working through the step when I install I get dependency problems. Specifically:
libgconf-2-4
libgtk2.0-0
libnss3
libudev1
Any idea how to add these?
When I run ./toggle i get:

When I run ./toggle i get:

Bluetooth A2DP Audio
Has anyone got this working on a Joggler. I've had as earch but can't find a definitive answer.
In my quest to cut down on the number of cables I'd like to stream the SPOS Joggler audio to a bluetooth speaker rather than via wired connection.
Is this possible?

Re: How do I disable the touch screen?
I have a Joggler that has a weird touch screen. When it starts the screen is very random and will act like someone is touching it and select different menus (SpOS). If I leave it for about 30 minutes it settles down and is OK.

NAS with LMS
After years of running a Windows Home Server with LMS serving 3 jogglers with no issues time has come to change. Where as once we had 5 pcs/laptops in the house we're now down to one barely used PC with the rest of the family all on iOS/Android/Xbox/PS devices. This makes the Windows bit of the serv...

Re: Ubuntu / Xubuntu for the O2 Joggler.
Curious what you are booting from? Direct USB or a hub. Can you take the USB stick out and look at the label of the partition of it on another Linux box? Booting from a direct USB stick. Checked the partition label and it's labelled as LINUX-BOOT (all caps). Just changed it to all lower case to see...

Re: Ubuntu / Xubuntu for the O2 Joggler.
I've been trying to get Android to boot on my Joggler at work without any success http://www.jogglerwiki.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1996&p=21425#p21425 It boots SPOS, XBMC and the reflash tool fine. I thought I'd try with Xubuntu but again it won't boot but this time it gave an error :) h...

Re: Joggler KitKat 4.4.2 beta (24/3/14)
HP utilities full reformat ? Yes full format. Just done a bit more testing (maybe I should do some work :D ). USB stick with full format and written with XBMC boots fine. Same stick reformatted (full) and written with Android boots fine on Joggler at home. Same stick reformatted (full) and written ...

Re: Joggler KitKat 4.4.2 beta (24/3/14)
Took the USB stick home and popped it into one of my Jogglers and it booted straight away.
Brought it back to the office and it still won't boot. It flashes as if it's being read but then drops back to booting SPOS.
The same stick worked fine for flashing SPOS so I'm sure the stick is OK.

If I put the stick in a Linux machine I can see the 4 partitions with all the files.
I'll try it in a different Joggler tonight.

Re: Joggler KitKat 4.4.2 beta (24/3/14)
I think I must be missing something as I can't get this to boot. [*]Download the first link from http://www.familie-kirchhofer.de/android/ [*]Clean a USB with the HP utility on full format [*]Write the image with Win32diskimager [*]Plug in and reboot. I've tried two different sticks both of which I'...

Re: Android 4.04 build - now fully working!
Can't event get this to load at all.
USB stick is OK and runs XBMC no problem. I've tried using the bootsector.img as suggested but to just won't boot.
It looks like it starts to boot but then ditches back into SPOS which is installed internally.
Any suggestions?

Spotify Mobile now free
In case you missed it Spotify has changed it's free usage policy. Apart from the mobile app no longer be Premium only the other big change is that free accounts will no longer be subject to a 10 hour per month limit. http://goo.gl/8zXl6V I currently run SPOS on my Jogglers and know that a premium ac...

Re: Dead Joggler, white flashing screen
Here's a thought - I haven't attempted an OS that runs directly off a USB stick (I've read on here about Mint Linux, for instance). Is it worth trying that to see if the EFI chip is truly knackered? Definitely worth a try as I have had a Joggler die on me which now runs Squeeze OS happily from a US...
