Hi there... what's the "Joggler_source_overlay" file on his website? what do you do with it.... if anything?

Hi there, Thanks for the work on ICS - lovin' the look and feel! but not relying on it yet as my main alarm clock.
Does anyone else have crackling audio (line out) or is it just me?
Also has anybody found a "shutdown" app that works yet?
