Re: PnP III: Enhance the standard OS - Download v3.048 here!
My Squeezeplay is also playing up, not connecting to mysqueezebox.com
Tried updating, still no joy. The option to reset/change username and password also gives a "cannot connect" error. Anybody have any thoughts?

Re: Extending the base OpenPeak firmware
This. It's fairly simple, just a case of editing a file to remove any items that you don't need, even I managed it and I know nothing!gegs wrote:Download it anyway and modify the script to install only the bits you want.

It might be a silly question, but have you checked your IP address? Mine changed when I updated PnPIII. Just a thought.

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Native, Ubuntu & sqpOS)
I only wish I didn't have to enter my squeezebox.com u/name and p/w every time I use it. I've ben using the Android app to control my Jogglers ever since I put SqueezePlay on them, can't fault it. Only ever had to put username and password in once though, not sure why the iOS app would be any diffe...

Re: [RELEASE] XBMC for O2 Joggler
Excellent work! Never used XBMC on any device before but I may give this a go to see how it runs. Also, what program are you using to get your Joggler screen displayed on your PC? Thanks.

Re: What other hardware can i run squeezeplay on?
I use Squeezeplay on a laptop, PC and 2 Jogglers. I was getting sync/"echo" issues when on wireless too, but there are lag settings on LMS which (after a bit of fiddling) have cured the problem. Off the top of my head (I'm not near my PC with LMS on) it's just a matter of altering the dela...

Re: Questions from the beginner
EDIT: Ha, when I started writing this there were no replies but I took my time getting around to finishing the post! I'll leave it here in case it helps. I'll try to help as best as I can, although I'm no expert by any means! 1. Why O2 Joggler has IMEI number? This was for the now-defunct messaging ...

Little tweak which is probably of no use to anyone but me...
...but I thought I'd share anyway, on the off-chance it might help somebody else! I'm on the original O2 software with PnPIII installed, but I wanted a very clean, minimal look for both my Jogglers. I got down to 15 icons on page 1 of the "desktop" and just the Games and Tools folders on p...

Re: PnP III: Enhance the standard OS - Download & details he
I'm a bit puzzled though as some of the apps shown on the screenshots on the first post aren't showing and I'm not quite sure why?? The screenshots show a Joggler on the updated Openpeak firmware which has been upgraded with PnPIII. You mentioned before you're on the original O2 firmware, which has...

Re: PnP III: Enhance the standard OS - Download & details he
Yes, I did exactly the same as I wanted a minimal install, just # out anything you don't want/need. I didn't install Opera, everything else on your list plus lots more and it works like a charm. Do make sure you edit the file using Notepad++ though, if you use Wordpad/Notepad it doesn't seem to work.

Screenshots - possible?
Is there any way of taking a screenshot directly from the original Joggler OS, via a PC, or is using a camera to take a photo of the screen my only option? I have a feeling it'll be the latter, but there's no harm in asking, you guys seem to know everything! Cheers.

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Native, Ubuntu & sqpOS)
I'm on the native OS with PnPIII. I've just updated to the latest version of Squeezeplay and now it doesn't launch when the icon is pressed. Have any paths etc. changed? I had a quick look at the log and it says "/media/launcher/apps/SqueezePlay/trigger.cgi: line 13: /media/opt/squeezeplay/bin/...

Re: PnP III: Enhance the standard OS - Download & details he
Loving PnPIII at the mo, just got hold of my 2nd Joggler and installed it last night. The only niggly thing for me is the Tools/Games folders which are there. I haven't got any tools or games installed, so is there any way of getting rid of these? They don't appear in my applications.xml, I've renam...

My Joggler sits about 3 feet away from a laptop and a tablet so Opera really isn't necessary for me. Thank for the advice though!gegs wrote:I wouldn't get rid of Opera though. It's the only web browser on the Joggler stock OS and it comes in handy every now and again.

Re: PnP III for pre/post OpenPeak update Jogglers - Get it h
I finally got round to installing PnP III last night and I'm having some trouble customising it. I used the reflash tool to get a clean O2 Joggler then ran PnP III and all worked perfectly, after manually configuring WiFi. There was a LOT of stuff I don't want/need, such as all of the games, Opera, ...
