Strange screen display on boot up
I purchased three jogglers off ebay and two of them on start up shows the o2 logo (black backround) and their screens show no unnormal displays during the whole boot up process. Now, the third joggler on boot up displays an openpeak logo instead of o2 (but it appears very distant with lines missing ...

Joli/Ubuntu OS on USB - more space?
I am currently using a 4gb stick with Joli OS on it. I would like to put Joli on an 8gb stick and use some of the remaining space for pics etc. What is the best way to achieve this? On the current 4gb stick it looks as though some form of partition has been made of 3.2gb for the Joli image - would t...

Re: Joli OS for the O2 Joggler
can you install the latest version of squeezeplay on joli? The version on the new joli release is not the new one which 'birdslikewires' have released - is that one though only available for ubuntu and native os? Also how can you ssh into joggler with joli running, I know how to ssh native and ubunt...

Re: Joli OS for the O2 Joggler
I have Spotify working fine. I have tried to install remoteless http://remoteless.no/ to enable my iPhone to controll Spotify. I can download it ok but it won't run when I click it, does this mean it won't work or could I try another method? Also, I downloaded it first and it was available to add as...

Spotify - Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick)
Hi I'm guessing Spotify works fine on 10.10 using Wine. Just seen the install instructions based on 10.04 and assume 10.10 will install the same way? Also I use a Spotify Remoteless Helper application on my windows laptop which enables me to use my iPod Touch to controll Spotify on the laptop. Could...

Ubuntu
Is there anything in particular I shouldn't be doing when playing around the Ubuntu o/s on my joggler? I know about switching off properly. What about installing anything not already pre-installed (eg games, tools etc) from the Ubuntu Software Center? Also does a stylus work as it's a bit fiddly wit...

Re: USB - Ubuntu - free space
Ok thanks. If I had a bigger stick how would you go about freeing up space for music/photos etc?
And with my current sticks (4gb) how do you use gparted to shrink the image and then create a partition?
Cheers.

Re: USB stick
Excellent thank you. I will give the Super a try. I did read a few negative reviews about the connection being too big! What version of Ubuntu should I install? The new 10.10 Maverick? Compressed? Cheers.

Hi
Can anyone please recommend a usb stick for my joggler. I want to install ubuntu on it and needs to be discrete (small) and black if possible. Also good read speeds, budget £10.
Thanks
