sorry forgot to update. As suggested I popped the last Openpeak image on a USB stick and the Joggler flashed fine. I then popped squeezeplay OS on it no problem

ive tried using a USB stick with the reflasher on it and the O2 frirmware but the joggler loads the reflasher on the internal memory and not the USB (I think) Is there something else i should be doing?

I wouldn't recommend too many switching on or offs - it can cause some Jogglers to corrupt and need a reflash! That said, some seem rock solid.
