Is there anyway to get the joggler to show pictures from a USB stick as a screen saver?

I'm running PNPIII. I can play them fine from the photo app but I can't randomise them. If I use the screensaver in the settings menu I just get a blank screen.

If I try to connect to my Diskstation using PNP connect and play nothing happens. I can browse to LMS/Pictures/All Pictures, Folder, Album etc. but that's as far as I can go no files or folders are shown after that.

I have around 6GB of photos so they won't all fit on the joggler itself.

I have all my photos stored on my Windows Home Server on a share and would like to use the photo screen saver to show them.

Has anyone done this and are there any simple instructions to do it?

not native - but with gphotoframe with most linux distros works. good for streaming from online sources too.
