Where has all the space gone on an updated Joggler?

I flashed a clean Joggler with the Openpeak update and have been working on my PnP III update for it (by telneting in and running the main install script with the USB stick in). Most features from PnP II are up and running. However, the Joggler reported that it quickly ran out of space! The Openpeak apps only account for 30-odd Mb so I wonder what is hogging the free space?
Is there a telnet command I can run to show the current free space on the device or how much space is taken up by different folders?

A quick check of a freshly updated Joggler with gparted via ubuntu shows:
p1 10.67Mb out of 61.05Mb used
p2 216.74Mb out of 244.19Mb used (hence why I'm have no space)
p3 13.77Mb out of 244.19Mb used (so no longer used as backup partition is seems)
p4 24.26Mb out of 431.06Mb used
Most of the update stuff was already stored on the Joggler anyway so I now need to investigated where the excess rubbish is stored...

Does this mean that there is not enough space on an updated Joggler to run Logitech Media Server and Squeezebox Player together - the only thing I use the Joggler for? I have a library approaching 10,000 tracks and am wondering whether I should get another Joggler to seperate out the Server and Player functions. Maybe run the server on the original O2 OS. Any thoughts on that?

I'm running both on the same Joggler, although there isn't any room on the Joggler itself for any tracks.
