Been tinkering with the iPlayer app (got source from here http://jogtools.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/apps/bbc/), I have added a (currently crude) mechanism for playing any program as long as you know the PID number for it, would anyone be interested in hosting it?

I was hoping to make use of get_iplayer somehow to provide automatic PID identification and searching but that might be a way off yet!

Failing that are there any feeds where all the PIDs can be obtained automatically, I assume there must be, since get_iplayer must use them, but I can't find them anywhere!

Alos does anyone know of similar URLs for streaming other TV channels other than just the BBC ones?

ie the equivalent of this:

Also does anyone know of a link to a permanently hosted iPlayer logo (preferably on the BBC website), no bigger than 206 x 100

Would love to see this on the joggler

with xbmc and the iplayer plugin you can enjoy all the iplayer content. Not much help if you want to use the built in os, but works well on jolios etc.
