O2 Joggler Forum

Hi all

i'm new around here as i has just purchased my first Joggler....! and i have a problem already....

it's a second hand unit i have and unfortunetly i think i have a problem, hopefully it's just me being dense...!

i have no sound out put for the internal speakers..... for any source... internet radio,youtube mem stick playing MP3's....???

if i plug in a set of powered speakers i do get sound but the volume at full volume on the joggler and amp is very low?

confused.com....


any ideas greatly recived...

Have you checked the device volume in "Settings"? Assuming you have and still get no joy, I would suggest a cheap USB soundcard and USB powered speakers. Search the forum for instructions to output sound through USB.

thanks for the reply.... strangly.... after a few factory resets and powering off then on the sound has come back...? although the mini jack output seems still quite low but maybe thats the way it is...?

The factory reset actually does very little. It certainly doesn't remove your personal information.

I've had Jogglers come to life with no sound (the O2 animation plays with maybe a tiny stutter) - usually a reboot brings it back.
