So i downloaded the UPnPlay app, fired it up and it found my XBMC music Library straight away (wireless from acer revo 3610 at tv ):D
This is a great little app, finger friendly ,artwork is all there also,
when you are playing an album if you press and hold the album artwork it will open up a browser and go to a choice of sites say wikipedia and bring up the artist information (a nice little touch) there are lots of options to customise for yourself aswell.
The only issue i have is that it wont load up my whole collection in one go, it just loads a to f say then i have to click on get more at the bottom (i have tried changing settings but to no avail)
I am using my joggler with the above set up with a pair of old Seinheiser hd410sl hesdphones must be about 25 years old if there a day and i am very impressed with the sound quality.
There are definately fuller better xbmc experiences out there on UBUNTU and Joli but if you just want music streaming, finger friendly and the eye candy of Android this might be what you are after.
Now to see if i can sort out my full A to Z somehow

You could try having Windows Media Player running as a upnp server alongside XBMC. That's the setup I use & it's fine (although I have my music organised into folders & subfolders & view it that way).

.Are you saying that method might bring me my full a to z without hitting the get more button as it streams fine to the joggler from xbmc server ( i suspect its because i have a lot of stuff on there)
Like yourself it is all very organised folders subfolders artwork etc for xbmc to work properly.
If i'm in through the day i use xbmc remote app to select albums to play throgh the hi fi in the living room from the kitchen ;in the evening i have been using the fore mentioned set up (wife owns remote control)to listen to albums

.

I guess it might be worth turning on WMP's media sharing to see if it works?

I tried this but no good, i had wmp turned off on my acer revo to keep things nice and fast for xbmc, i turned it back on and did a scan of my tunes but after scanning the poor revo was so slow it was unuable, coming up with " your computer is low on memory " or something like that, so i just switched it off again.
The problem is the same on my ZTE San Francisco when using UPnPlay i.e my whole collection not showing up in one go and having to hit more at the bottom of the screen, so you are probably right and it will be a xbmc specific issue ....
This issue is a minor one tho as other than this upnplay works flawlessly for me

There will probably be a release of Squeezeplayer in the next few days which will run on the Joggler. Then you'll just need to use Logitech Media Server on your PC & everything should be fine.
FWIW I also have an Acer Aspire Revo 3700 with 4GB RAM & Windows Media Center starts to stutter if I leave a browser running at the same time!
I would wager money that most Joggler owners have also owned at least 2 of the following:
Acer Aspire Revo
HP Touchpad
Kogan Agora Tablet
Orange San Francisco

I sold mine

- it wasn't bad for the money but the accelerometer was awful & it had a bug whereby the screen kept waking up every few minutes. There was quite a good version of CM7 for it. If you don't need an accelerometer & you switch it off when you're not using it then it's quite good. I started a thread at

EDIT - just spotted this on HUKD, looks a much better proposition

Looks good

have u had a look at the kindle fire, was toying with the idea of getting some friends in Michigan to send one over the pond

it looks a cracking deal also this Nook thingy looks pretty good.
So many gadgets to buy but allways skint ha ha, well back to the best 50 quid ever spent The joggler.
I have found another Upnp app called Bubble Upnplay and all my library shows up in one go from the XBMC server so my problem must be the upnplay app itself.
I wanted to use the xbmc library itself as IMHO It is the best Media solution there is and i have my revo booting straight in to it from coldboot and it is on pretty much constantly ..
