simple OS for chrome apps

Is anyone able to help with a simple OS from which I can load Chrome Apps

One of BuZz's Linux builds should do the trick , xubuntu would I would think .
Is this the sort of thing you are after ?
I know there is a chrome os but not on the Joggler as of yet .
