Did factory reset, made it not work.

Hi, just got a joggler 2nd hand. Worked fine when I first tried it. I just played a couple of games then went to settings and tried to do a factory settings reset. It reset and now it won't work properly. It turns on gets to the menu screen but no apps will open. Even the settings menu won't open. I've obviously tried unplugging it and plugging it in again.
How can I fix my joggler? The most simple way.
