Multiple os boot on startup

Well now I have a new tiny Hdd to play with i am back to thinking about trying something like
http://jogglerhacks.blogspot.com/2010/0 ... ggler.html
I know it will need a keyboard attached to make the os choice on boot but I still like the idea.
Would Coreboot / Seabios possibly allow for touchscreen selection of a multiple boot set up I wonder?
I think mickchip is the only one I heard had the above working properly, but maybe not.
Also found this on the mporting site but I can't get translate to work at the moment so will report back when I do

Isn't rEFIt a change to the Jogglers EFI? That put me off trying it at the time... I wasn't brave/wreckless then.
http://reboot.pro/files/file/279-uefi-multi/
This is a new UEFI/BIOS multi boot tool that boots VHDs from USB stick. I havent tried it myself, but i get a newsletter from reboo.pro now n then. UEFI won't work on the Joggler, but might be good on Inaxeon's SeaBIOS. You will be limited to multiple installs of Windows, however.
Might be useful on a normal BIOS PC.
Windows 8 boot manager has touch support... Not tried on the Joggler, but on a laptop, I could boot W7 or W8 from the W8 GUI boot loader. Dunno if others trying W8 with SeaBIOS tried something similar?

Yes I think it changes the efi Mevi :-\
If I try it is there any way to fe flash the efi easily? Or is a fiddle with hot swapping etc?
I think I need another joggler for this sort of mucking about with .
Multi boot I know is a gimmick but I am easily impressed heh he
Love the idea of having Joli, Mint, XbmcOs, Squeeze play Android etc available from touch screen at start up :
Images stored either on external HDD or through a hub and USB sticks
I think we are some way off this yet though.

Yeah, reflashing a bricked EFI is gonna require a second good Joggler to do the hot swap.... Unless you can still boot from an external stick and flash from Ubuntu, etc. I still don't know if that is actually possible. One of the Linux heads might be able to answer that for you.

Yeah best to have some extra flash chips (found them here for around $5-10 - don't remember anymore). You can actually just keep a joggler apart in pieces and call it a hot swap/flash joggler labeling your chips. They are like little insects and you have to be careful not to bend the pins.

I am a bit scared to mess with the efi in thus way so failing that
Is there a way that I could partition my portable hdd so that it has say
Partition 1

ubuntu, partition 2 :Joli os 3 :Android 4: Squeezeplayos 5: xbmc os
So that on startup with a keyboard plugged in I could select which partition to boot from .
I mean a bit like the blind typing over the O2 logo to rescue a broken Joggler.
Ideally if nothing is typed it would just boot to say Xubuntu on partition 1 .
I am clueless here but just hoping that this would be possible.
