that file seemed to be a uncompressed tar (not gzipped), containing zeroes.. please just stick it on pastebin, rather than the forum.
(the contents of the log file, not zeros please

)

that looks like Xorg.1.log and the Xserver didn't start in that log. Please use Xorg.0.log (from the GUI)

when i said from the GUI, i just meant from the joggler when it is booted into the gui/desktop. so it is a current valid log. so cat Xorg.0.log or so.

I had a quick look as mine wasn't responding to right click either, found that the device ID for the touch screen in the log doesn't match the ID in 99-buttonemulation.conf. The joggler is packed away at the mo but I'm pretty sure that all is required is to change a '5' in to '3' in the device ID string in 99-buttonemulation.conf.

Option "EmulateThirdButton" "true"
Option "EmulateThirdButtonTimeout" "1000"
Option "EmulateThirdButtonButton" "3"
Option "EmulateThirdButtonMoveThreshold" "500"

yeh, I suspect that is the case here (not looked at the log yet). I should perhaps wildcard it in future releases. Interesting to know there are some slightly different touchscreen versions in use.

Just wanted to let people know about using this image on my Openpeak Openframe 7ez. The image works perfect including the internal bluetooth. I just wanted to know if there were any changes that need to be made from booting with a hub. I get the first few lines after loader starts then it hangs there. I think with my thumbdrive being in the hub instead of on the unit directly it may need a configuration change. It does not even get to the bootloader menu when inserted into the secound port on the hub. I am actually using an old Apple keyboard with usb ports on it.
i have XBMC setup up as my main player and use a XBMC remote to control it. It works very nice. Unfortunatly trying to flash the o2 joggler software or the android software I did not have sound, wifi or bluetooth. I guess the hardware is different enough that stripped down operating systems won't work. I am sticking with Ubuntu now.
If you want any system hardware information for it let me know what program to run and Ill post the results here.
It also has a a ZigBee transceiver in it so it may come in handy. I am going to try the Zigbee linux stack sometime ofr it just to see if it works in Ubuntu.
One last thing.. The only thing that I did notice is long press for right mouse button does not work.

Just thought it would be interesting also to try a Ubuntu Mobile edition on the Jogglers. I think it would be a perfect device for it. Should be easy to make a image for it now.
