Looking for GMA500 OpenGL and DirectX drivers for Windows XP.

Post by homejogger »

Hi
I've researched on Wikipedia that the Intel GMA500 integrated graphics used in Atom Z5xx devices is based on the PowerVR SGX535.

For Windows XP, there are two types of drivers available, one supporting DirectX and the other supporting OpenGL graphics API (mutually exclusive, cannot coexist).
wiki says:
IEGD Version 5.1 for Windows NT,2000 and XP (OpenGL only) Intel Embedded Graphics Drivers for windows XP
Version 3.3.0 for Windows XP. (D3D only)

Due to the age of these devices, many online resources are no longer available. I'm wandering anyone who has drivers for the Joggler running Windows XP to share them.

I also hope someone can share the Wi-Fi, audio, and other driver resources for the O2 Joggler running on Windows XP.
Thank you very much

I think @pete on here might be your best bet, I think I remember him running XP for some time.

Still running embedded XP here on 15 Openpeak devices. These have been modded a bit.

1 - Seabios replacing EFI bios
2 - NIC bios replaced
3 - using SSD drive

Running a modified version of XPe.

Will pull together all of the drivers and post them on Microsoft Drive.
