Logitech & Joggler stuff for free

Post by fraserm »

Hi all -

I've got a whole bunch of logitech and squeezebox gear lying around gathering dust for quite some time which I`m offering up in the following order .. pic is attached showing what I`m offering, but there are 3 jogglers, a logitech remote thing, and a couple of streaming boxes I think. I think the Jogglers are working, unsure what states they are in - same with Logitech gear - but all no guarantees!

1) If you were involved in the development of some of the main software that kept these great devices going for so long, let me know and I`ll donate these to you (maybe you could cover P&P)?

2) If no takers from the above, and you are close to Reading / Bracknell and are willing to pick them up from RG45 area, you can have them.

3) If no takers from the above, happy to send if you cover P&P. If multiple interested I`ll accept offers for the whole lot.

Hope this all makes sense, would like them all to go to a good home :)

Thanks
Fraser

Well, I'm always happy to give these things a home and I'm more than happy to cover the P&P, but I'm not in any desperate need for them (as you can imagine, I have a few already!). So, consider me the backstop - if somebody else comes forward then they can have first refusal. If you still have them after a bit and want them gone, give me a shout. :)

My main LMS work is the Radio France plug-in (FIP etc) to show track details.
If that qualifies and no better claimant turns up then I'd happily provide a home to some or all.

@Paul,

I would like to try your Radio France plugin some time or another. Put a couple of Jogglers in mom's house to use as a squeezeplayer and screen saver.

Currently doing a custom Kodi box (TV Box with CoreElec) for streaming french TV for mom (using favorites).

Hi Pete,

It is in the list of 3rd-party plugins in LMS - so installing it is simply a matter of enabling 3rd-party plugins and ticking the box for "Radio France".
Announcement of the releases is at https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthre ... -FIP-radio

Thanks from me too for this. I live on the South Coast and used to occasionally listen to Radio FIP. It will nice to give that a go again on a Joggler!

Paul Webster & roobarb! - if you fancy discussing between you how you would like to split the haul (if you can see it all in the photo!) then get back to me with what you agreed then I`m happy to split it between you guys! I`m going to be away for around a month so it`ll be a little while before I can action it, but we`ll get there eventually :-)

Thanks, Fraser - Paul has dropped me a line, we'll duke it out. ;)

Back in the country now, so if you chaps want to PM me with whatever was agreed +where to send I`ll try to figure out how to package it all up. I hope it all works, been a couple of years since I fired it up so no guarantees!!!! Worth a shot though.
