help for non techi with 3 jogglers

Post by David »

Hi

I have a custom word clock installed on 1 of these 3 (which is excellent) but I cant find it nor install it on the other 2.
I can find "custom clock" installed but not sure if this is the word clock and when I try to fetch styles nothing happens.
Is there any printed idiots guide as the menus seem simple enough but still outwith my limited competence!
Each joggler is named separately for lounge, bedroom and lastly touchscreen but I dont have all 3 players listed on each joggler and cant find how to add the missing ones

Thanks

Hi David , welcome to the forum :-)

Do you know what you are running on your Jogglers ?
It's possibly Squeezeplay OS installed on the internal .

Hi

Sorry for the delay, yes it is Squeezeplay OS, a new boxed joggler am using now but they are seemingly really temperamental but this may be down to slight differences in software on them. Screens look simple but get lead down avenues of stuff that is simply not there or does not respond.
I just want to use them in different rooms, get the wordclock on etc.

From the Home screen > Settings >Screen>Screensavers>When Stopped>Word Clock

I would suggest just using this setting and leaving "When Off" as default.

In use, just pause the player and the screen will return to Word Clock after 30 secs (this can be changed in Settings >Screen>Screensavers>Delay)
