Did you think that this would be feasible?

+1 for Tapatalk .
This would be great if possible , i know it works on the XBMC4XBOX forum
If it isn't too much work to set up for this site it would be a great addition IMHO ,
it would make it much easier to check the threads when out and about .

@Buzz did you have a look at this, Buzz , if so what did you think of it ?

I had a little look on the tapatalk web site http://www.tapatalk.com/index.php and it looks like it would work for our forum which is phpBB as it is listed , also it seems that the basic option is FOC if i read correctly .
A possible downside would be the page views of the forum would not count whilst using it....

Cheers

I had a quick look. if it isn't closed source or obfuscated (so i can review it), and doesn't put adverts on the site I would be ok with it.

@BuZz do you remember what you had to do to enable this? Another forum I use tapatalk has been requested but it has been said it is not possible as it requires "advanced hosting " and will cost about 70 pounds a year, is that correct?

It involves some phpbb modifications. I can't help on a specific web host, but web hosting usually involves you being to able access / change files. A google search suggests to me that they are probably using some free phpbb/forum hosting, and the advanced hosting sounds like what most web hosts offer by default.
