been using a flash drive with ubuntu(bionic) running gluqlo- great accurate room clock (with brightness at minimum)
https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2016/11/glu ... ver-ubuntu
Now the flash drive corrupted - and the original O2 software (I never 'upgraded' to the post O2, openframe OS) has popped up.
Surprised me that it's screensaver is essentially the same, but with more info: https://www.coolsmartphone.com/images/s ... r/main.jpg
I think I prefer it to gluqlo..
Has anyone looked into what it would take to extract the screensaver from O2 and run it on ubuntu?
The original O2 software is linux based, but I guess not X - so what is it?
Any ideas?

Re: Original O2 Screensaver on Ubuntu?
I don't know how to be in such a situation. I don't know what it takes to extract the splash screen from O2 and run it on ubuntu. I think you should just contact the software developer or write to technical support. This is a way out of this situation. Recently, I have been reading a lot of information about how important it is to choose a team that will develop software for you. I have a personal travel blog, I plan to create beautiful and convenient software for tourists. At the moment, I settled on the FortySeven company, which pleases most of all with the design and quality of its projects.trevordavies wrote: ↑Sun Feb 07, 2021 7:12 am been using a flash drive with ubuntu(bionic) running gluqlo- great accurate room clock (with brightness at minimum)
