I find the native software very reliable (particularly the networking set-up) so have tried to add features.
- and the "keyboard" on Opera is the best yet.
I am keen to control external electronics and have all these running now -
telnet . ssh . scp (for ftp) . web server . Opera . Blassic basic . i2c
Run cgi scripts from web pages . Radio alarm . BBC live . Make it talk (flite) .
Run scripts by pressing icons . Python!!
(You can copy binaries from the Ubuntu USB stick to the native file system)

I will put up a "distro" of the four mmcblk0p1/2/3/4 files soon - you can dd them into a second or bricked joggler from an Ubuntu stick.
I also find you can plug in a USB mouse and it sort of works - but you have to move the mouse a great distance for a small movement on the screen.
Can anyone say how to fix that? - the usual Ubuntu methods fail for me.
