Remove 'Games' folder?

Does anyone know if it's possible to remove the 'Games' folder from the stock OS. It appears in /openpeak/gui/mainmenus/menuData.cookie
I can remove it's entry and sub entries from this file but it regenerates itself when I reboot.
Is it restoring itself from a backup somewhere? I'd really like to remove the folder as I have moved the games from within it to their own icons.
