Buffalo Linkstation NAS

Post by dwl99 »

I suspect that there are one or two Buffalo Linkstation NAS owners here in Jogglerland. You may already know this but there is a very stable custom firmware available which includes Squeezebox Server. It can be found at http://forum.buffalo.nas-central.org/vi ... 68&t=23603 . And it couldn't be easier to flash.

Funnily enough, I inherited a Buffalo TeraStation Pro over Christmas. There's no custom firmware, but it is possible to get the latest version of Logitech Media Server running on it. I must write it up next time I get chance - turned out to be fairly straightforward thanks to SSODS 4.14mod.
BirdsLikeWires - Get fresh builds of Debian Bullseye and Bookworm for OpenFrame with the latest 5.10 and 6.1 kernels! 8-)
