Plug n Pimp gone (need to fix my sound!)?

Hi all,

My Joggler got stuck in a reboot loop which required me to reflash it. I've managed to do this and also get Squeezeplayer back, but in order to get external sound working correctly I used to use PlugnPimp with the External card/mixer option...

But now it looks like Plugnpimp has gone! The previous URL is now closed down. Help!

Does anyone have the relevant asound.conf file it generates?

Has it really closed? The site seems to be functional - http://www.gforums.de/juggler/

Have you re-installed P'n'P after reflashing? If so, are you trying to access the server interface from a bookmarked link? This wouldn't work if your Joggler IP address is now different. I'd check the Network settings for your current IP first.

As gegs says site looks like it is still up.

However, to use external sound card without mixer (prevents loss of audio after a few hours) you need your /etc/asound.conf file to look like this:

pcm.!default {
type hw
card 1
}
