Same as yours using the default profile from the plugin and I have not changed ordering on my LMS. I also have tried to change the order. It makes no sense. What platform you running LMS on, maybe thats it. I use Vortexbox running LMS 7.9.0 - 0.125.20160415git1460557583

Okay - something strange is happening with the flac settings for the Jongos.

I set up a new LMS on picore - set up the Jongo with the same config. Flac won't play. So, it looks like it's something to do with how flac is set up in the File Types section.

On the Joggler my File Type flac settings are:

Flac
Native
Disabled
Flac

The same on Picore ... so I'm lost to discover what the difference is ???

Maybe it's something to do with the force flac command in the config? I recall adding something in the config about this ....

All very strange.

My Jongos were delivered today. No problem in getting them up and running in LMS with upnpbridge as per Castalla's settings but I'm finding the usage of them a bit inconsistent, especially turning them on and off. I'd like to be able to turn a speaker back on from cold (as it's on battery) and it connect up to LMS and continue playing the last stream I was listening to, as per my other devices... Anyone achieved similar?

From what I can tell, it seems that if I turn off the speaker whilst it's still playing then the upnpbridge never terminates the connection cleanly and then when I turn it back on again later I can't get any sound to play via LMS without a restart.

It's probably down to the specific Player settings in LMS

Settings - Player - Audio dropdown - Power on resume .... experiment with the options.

The Jongo won't play flac files unless you add

<allow_flac>1</allow_flac>

to the device config

in

upnpbridge.xml

Yeah done that unfortunately, currently on stop at poweroff / restart the playlist at power on which seems like the most useful. The power off / power on events don't seem to fire properly from what I can see.

I think you should raise this on the upnpbridge thread :

I've got a pair of Jongos which I've been able to sync perfectly in LMS. The trick is to simply set them up as a pair using the caskeid settings in the Pure Connect app. Add both as upnpbridge players - play one and the other is in perfect sync. This is the same as the paired Sonos speakers (although they are easier to set up using the superior Sonos app). I haven't tried L/R speaker assignment yet.

Another fix the Jongo S3's need is a dimmer for the on/off button - it's like aircraft landing lights at night! I've written to Pure Help about this but they are notoriously rubbish at fixing anything.

Strangely, the light on the T2 is much dimmer. Pure replied and said the request had been passed to engineers. I said that's the second time I've requested a fix, and nothing was done. Maybe more requests for a fix could help?

ps: getting 2 more T2s later this week!

Pure got back and said there was no further software development as the Jongos were now discontinued - could be some bargains soon! They did say general support would continue.

The 2 T2s arrived this evening - set one up as a pair to existing T2. Working fine. Will store other as spare.

If you come across any T2 speaker stands at cheap price .... let me know!
