Follow the instructions in the first post on this thread:

"telnet (or SSH) into joggler, then

cd media
mkdir iPlayer
cd iPlayer
wget ftp://aero.exotica.org.uk/pub/mirrors/exotica/joggler/files/iPlayer.tgz
tar xvf iPlayer.tgz
rm iPlayer.tgz
chmod +x iPlayer.cgi (VERY IMPORTANT, this makes the file executable, without this it will NOT work)"

I ignored spoyser's bit about using 'vi' because it's a bit clunky. Instead I used WinSCP which looks like a dual pane file manager and allows you to edit files by double-clicking them - very simple but Windows only.

I did it exactly as in the first post , its at the very end it dont work for me , I just cant seem to get out of vi applications.xml
and save settings

Got it now , was just typing x and not entering the : , sheesh
