Pipo X8 on eBay

Post by dwl99 »

I just bought one of these on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PIPO-X8-Windo ... SwiylW~hqo - it's priced at £70 but my offer of £60 was accepted so someone might get away with a lower offer. It has the same screen size as the Joggler but dual boots Windows 10 & Android 4.4. I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on it and having a tinker with it. First job will be to try to get Lollipop on it without breaking it :-)

Excellent Deal!!

Here purchased a PipoX7 for around the same price when first introduced.

It came with only Windows 8.1 and I updated it to Windows 10. Working great these days.

It runs Ubuntu a bit faster in 64bit mode than it does Windows 10 in 32 bit mode here. That said I have left it running Windows 10.

It would make a great carpc.
