Re: Samba? May be a stupid question

If LMS is already installed on my joggler, can't I add the samba share details to that?

Samba? May be a stupid question

Hi all

I can connect to my Buffalo Linkstation NAS using UPNP on a PNPIII'd joggler. I'd like to use SqueezePlayer to access these shares so I can FF & RW, but don't really have a clue how to do it. Is SMB access available for SqueezePlayer or have I entirely misunderstood how it works.

Re: PnP III for pre/post OpenPeak update Jogglers - Get it h

Thanks Dave, just upgraded two jogglers to PnP III without very much fuss. I got confused by the absence of an internet connection at first, but setting a fixed IP sorted it all out. Connect & Play which is the primary use of the Jogglers is now working nicely. How tricky is it to create an ima...

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Native, Ubuntu & sqpOS)

I've just installed PnP III and seen that SqueezePlay is included. I've been connecting to my Linkstation NAS through native connect & play, but was hoping SqueezePlay would give me more control over FF & RW than the native apps but I can't see how to use SqueezePlay or LMS to connect to the...

Hi
In case I missed it is there a pimped - ready to rock image of Android 2.2.2 available yet?

If not it sounds like a great idea.

Re: Replacement Joggler woes

Thanks for the comments, O2 are having another go at replacing it.

If it's any help they've shunted Joggler Support into o2 Broadband 2nd Line Support. Obvious isn't it?

Replacement Joggler woes

Hi In my kitchen I have a joggler that has worked perfectly from day 1. Unfortunately I bought 2 jogglers. I've just this week got a replacement joggler out of o2, which is nice. What is less nice is that it wouldn't play nice and connect to the o2 server to complete its setup. I got blinky and thou...

I've realised my Joggler is still under warranty so I've requested a fix from o2.

Sorry for the delay, been a bit ill... Here's the output, either I'm doing stuff wrong or my joggler is screwed. joggler@joggler:~$ sudo mount /dev/mmcblk0p2 /mnt joggler@joggler:~$ cat /mnt/etc/firmware.ver 8686.S3 joggler@joggler:~$ cat /mnt/etc/software.ver 26635.S3 joggler@joggler:~$ cat /openpe...

Re: My joggler reboots at 5-minute intervals

The last successful update I got from o2 was the one that gave us the official App Shop for the first time. I'm sorry I don't know what revision that was. I then put PMJ on it, installed some games etc. It's possible that it received one more update which is what triggered the booting problem, but ...

Re: My joggler reboots at 5-minute intervals

Hi Thanks for this, I guess you mean that we are trying to flash memory with a firmware version that is too new for the joggler. Your solution is to flash the joggler with older or original firmware then allow the joggler to update itself. If the joggler doesn't update the firmware automatically (sa...

Re: Reflashing Tool for the O2 Joggler

Which do I fiddle with and how do I do it? Think I misremembered which file you need to be looking at, as the update file (or what I'm guessing controls the updates) seems to live in /openpeak/tango as xinit.sh. Try this vi /openpeak/tango/xinit.sh Scroll to the bottom and comment out all of the li...
