Getting v. confused with LMS, Squeezebox, Spotify etc.
HI all, I thought I had a handle on how to set the joggler up with the Triode Spotify plug in. But once again I'm confused as to what the sequence of steps to set things up properly is. Having just reflashed a Joggler to SqPOS I had my laptop running which has LMS on it and I could find and use Spot...

it's good isn't it? You even learn a small amount of how to use linux along the way.

Re: Joggler KitKat 4.4.2 beta (24/3/14)
Taking note of the comments re lack of video on Android/Joggler, would it be possible to install the Android Netflix app and cast to a Chromecast or similar? It wouldn't matter that there's no video playingon the Joggler if it could be used as a 'head unit' for finding and sending video to chromecas...

Re: Enabling SSH and SCP - New Easy Method
OK, here is where I get confused: 1. Logging in as User-Joggler Password-Joggler I expect to need to use sudo or switch to su, however I get the error that neither of these commands are known -sh su not found 2. Logging in as root I thought the password was blank, however i'm unable to log on this w...

Re: Enabling SSH and SCP - New Easy Method
As mentioned elsewhere I've worked round this now, but for future reference, in SSH instead of Telnet you say: 'Just run your commands from the command line over secure shell' I'm a complete Linux noob, so whereas in Telnet as root user i'd do: cd /mnt/files (etc.) What would I do in SSH? (Word for ...

Success! (Ignore all prevous posts!)
OK, I still don't understand the issue with my cat5 cable, maybe I just got a duff one. Anyway, once I reflashed to OpenPeak, then Telnetted to install PnPIII things were looking up, it worked just like my other Joggler, but without the wired connection and with poor signal in the bedroom I thought ...

White, Orange, Green, Dk Blu, Lt Blu, Grey, Brown, Black
Appears same both ends, but I now notice the cable is marked Cat5e Patch cable.

Re: Strange wired cnxn issues with Squeezeplay OS
OK, I now have squeezeplay OS runnning OK. I still have weird network issues though. Everything is fine when using the supplied ethernet cable direct into my router. However, as this is for the bedroom where wifi is weak I bought a Cat5 cable and ran it to the bedroom. No network connection is possi...

Strange wired cnxn issues with Squeezeplay OS
Hi all, I thought I'd got the hang of reflashing and using USB stick mounted OS Squeezeplay. I have one joggler which I've had for some time which has the PnPIII OS on the internal flash and runs the Squeezeplay OS no problem from the USb stick image. I just got another Joggler which has the OpenPea...

HI Pete,
I'm interested in a zigbee enabled Joggler.
Sorry to hijack another's thread, but if you have more than one I'd be interested in getting hold of one please!
