Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Standalone Native and Ubuntu)
Hey all - I run 3 Jogglers with Squeezeplay on. Two of them work great. The third in my kitchen seems to have a few quirks, namely: - Major stuttering playing iPlayer streams using Triode plugin (saw the odd post on here, but no resolution?) - The clock didnt update this morning Interestingly enough...

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Standalone Native and Ubuntu)
I have 3 Jogglers all setup in the way (I think) described above. When playing, it shows the currently playing information, when not playing, it has the clock always on. Works a treat. Its setup as: Disable Standby ScreenSavers -> When Playing -> Now Playing ScreenSavers -> When Stopped -> Digital C...

Bricked it....
Hey all,
I think I fried my Joggler. I stupidly plugged the power cable from my LinkySys Media Center extender into it by mistake, and now the Joggler doesnt power up at all!
Anything I can do, or do I have a good looking brick?
Thanks!
Fraser

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Standalone Native and Ubuntu)
Hi Guys Just got hold of my third Joggler, and have tried a new install of Squeezeplay but on rebooting I have no icons at all on my home screen! I noticed an error during installation to do with applications.xml - see my install log below. Any suggestions? -- # cd media # wget http://birdslikewires...

Webcam Monitor
Hi all -
Are there any options for having a webcam streaming to a Joggler in stock OS? I`m using a Y-Cam Black.
Failing that, has anyone had any results doing the same in Ubuntu?
Thanks

Wow, frosty, that's a hell of an installation!!! Must be a big house
Agree with all your points about wife friendlyness, and wired is definately the most reliable way.

Re: Do you own SqueezeBox hardware?
All fair comments, and I do hope that Logitech continue to make this profitable and continue their approach that has worked for them so far.

Do you own SqueezeBox hardware?
Reading a few of the posts on here, I feel its kind of a shame to see people using SqueezePlay with no actual purchase of a SqueezeBox. Ultimately, if the trend increases, Logitech will eventually look at their books and make a decision that none of us want to see. Although I have 2 Jogglers, I also...

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Standalone Native and Ubuntu)
Ah yes, I didnt even realise you could press 'n hold on menu items, nice! The Move Up functionality doesnt work very well, but at least I can get the items on Home once more. Thanks for the info !

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Standalone Native and Ubuntu)
Thanks for the continued updates Roobarb, lts really appreciated. I have two Jogglers running this version, and on both, the Settings->Home Menu configuration doesnt work. All I get is 3 options (Help ; Restore Defaults ; Restore Hidden Menu items). On other (non Joggler) devices I own I get the who...

Re: Remote Control with SqueezePlay on Joggler?
Yeah, in fact, I already have a Squeeze Duet which is greast for exactly this, but I was more interested in being able to control the Joggler SqueezePlay with a remote, using good old fashioned IR

Remote Control with SqueezePlay on Joggler?
Love SqueezePlay on my Joggler, but would like to be able to use a remote control with it too - I`ve got an old one lying about from an old SqueezeBox.
Has anyone done this? No ideas about the hardware or software requirements
Cheers
