Screen Replacement - any ideas??
Hi again, as posted already in the marketplace: My jogglers screen broke. And I am looking desperatey for a broken joggler (with intact screen) to fix mine again. Since so far, I did not get a response (Anybody? If your broken Joggler is cheap, I will buy it - even if you are not 100% sure of ...

My Screen's Broken! - Dead joggler w/ working screen 4 sale?
Hi all; my dear Joggler dropped from the kitchen counter and the screen is broken. :( Otherwise, it still works - I am running roobarb's great SqueezePlay OS for Joggler and the installed LMS is still running. -> Does anyone have a broken joggler w/ an intact screen I could purchase? Jogglers are re...

Re: PnP III: Enhance the standard OS - Download v3.201 here!
Reg. Wireless Issue: I have similar probems and I tried the drivers from the Wiki - they work, but not any better than the original ones. :( (Hawsey - pls let me know, when you move this discussion to another thread, so this one does not get hijacked - although it is original O2 s/w PNPIII related) ...

Wireless issue -> How to switch joggler to G-Mode??
I also have a question reg. Wireless performance: I noticed (and I think it was also stated somewhere in this forum a while ago - but I can't find it....) that the wireless preformance is greatly dependent on 2 things: 1) The wireless mode - where N-mode has very poor receiving performance and G mod...

....continue to monologize...
I hope I don't bore anyone.... ;) Just wanted to share my workaround to bandaid this until a better solution pops up. I use now 3 icons: - the std squeezeplay - an icon which kills potential old instances of squeezelite and then starts a new instance - an icon which kills squeezelite (not really nee...

Re: Native AAC Squeezebox playback working...
Hi Phil; thanks for your feedback. And yes you are right. Ideally, Squeezelite could just stay running and I did manage to start it within a bootscript. However, in my setup, Squeezelite 'dies' overnight, which seems to be connected to the fact that my WLAN and the NAS (which runs my LMS) is powered...

Re: Native AAC Squeezebox playback working...
Well - even at the risk of monologizing here..... They way I did it above does not work that perfectly, because I can not control / see how many instances of squeezlite I have running, as every click starts another one, which causes funny behavior..... -> Ideally, Squeezelite should be started toget...

Help / feedback - Please!!!
OK, this is driving me mad..... I just can not figure out how to make it work to have an icon to start squeezelite.... Offbeatdave / roobarb / somebody: Any ideas why my approach does not work? 1) create folder in media/gforums/webserver/starter/squeezelite w/ entries - language.xml which con...

Question to roobarb - sorry, a little off topic...
Hi Roobarb; may be you can help? I am running stock OS w/ PNPIII. I would like to have an icon, which executes something similar to when I would enter it from the telnet command line. So, I would like to run the folloing command via an Icon instead of commandline: squeezelite -n Squeezelite -m aa:0e...

Re: PnP III: Enhance the standard OS - Download v3.101 here!
...squeezelite is a headless player, which can be used in addition to squeezeplay. You still operate it through squeezeplay; the benefit is that it can continue to play while squeezeplay can be switched off i.e. you can use other apps while the music keeps playing..... I am eagerly waiting for this ...

Re: Native AAC Squeezebox playback working...
Great! And Thank you, offbeatdave! I guess, I need to wait for your feedback, since I tried already to figure some options out, but it does not work: This is what I did: 1) create folder in media/forums/webserver/starter/squeezelite w/ entries - language.xml which consists of: <language> <mm en=&quo...

Re: Native AAC Squeezebox playback working...
Regarding my help request: Autostart at reboot is probably not sufficient: I noticed, that squeezelite vanished / died overnight. I can only assume that this ius because my NAS, where my Squeezeserver (LMS) resides shuts down nightly. -> I would need kind of a button to start Squeezelite / a button ...

Re: Native AAC Squeezebox playback working...
Wahoo! This is so cool! Now listening to radio via Squeezeplay, having exited Squeezeplay to the Joggler OS! I can only second that: Wohoo! I got it working as well w/ Florca / Phils help. One question to the community: How can I get this little player to autostart when booting the joggler? i.e. is...

Re: Native AAC Squeezebox playback working...
Wahoo! This is so cool! Now listening to radio via Squeezeplay, having exited Squeezeplay to the Joggler OS! Might have to integrate this into a future PnP III. LMS still works alongside Squeezelite too by the look of things. Hi Florca Offbeatdave; thanks so much for your efforts! And according to ...

Re: PnP III: Enhance the standard OS - Download v3.101 here!
Hi Gegs; sorry for my stubborness... But I think it should be possible. Not w/ Squeezeplay alone, but w/ the addition of a tiny softwareplayer called 'Squeezelite', as outlined by florca (Phil). Check out his thread: http://www.jogglerwiki.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=856#p14499. He tried it wi...

Re: Native AAC Squeezebox playback working...
Hi Phil / florca; sorry to bug you again. I would like to try and follow your initial 'cheating' approach, as I am running original OS w/ PNPIII, where 'apt-get ....' seems not to work... -> Could you share the actual files (missing libs) and their location which you used. Since these are open sourc...
