So the usual way to create a Openelec build is to have two usb sticks , one with the installer on it and one to create a bootable openelec image on to ; so i figured this would not be possible on the joggler. Is there any way a stock os pimped up with most or all apps updated could be incorporated in to something like the re flashing tool ?

Ebay will be your place to buy unless any good chaps on here have a 1 surpluss to requirements about 60 pound total would be about right.
