Did you ever get this working in squeezeplayOS at all? The optical socket is glowing red and my amp appears to have a lock on a digital signal but I can't get it working by editing asound.conf I'd like to keep using SqPOS if possible. I might try reflashing PNP and seeing if I can get it working tha...

Silly Question time: I use one of my jogglers on the dining room table, with SqPOS running on a usb stick mounted internally in place of the WiFi. All my music is on a NAS (with LMS running on the Joggler) so I have no need for plugging in USB drives or what not into the side I do find the USB handy...

Just a thought but do you use WiFi at all For running squeezeserver I've found it a lot easier to simply use a USB stick but plug it in internally in place of the WiFi card. No issues with running out of space that way (I'm using an 8G stick so plenty of space after resizing the partition in GParte...

Just a thought but do you use WiFi at all
For running squeezeserver I've found it a lot easier to simply use a USB stick but plug it in internally in place of the WiFi card. No issues with running out of space that way (I'm using an 8G stick so plenty of space after resizing the partition in GParted
